Starting from 15 March 2021, China will provide visa facilities to foreign nationals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine produced in China and are in possession of documentary proof of vaccination to enter China. Nucleic acid testing and quarantine for 14 days will be required.
自2021年3月15日起，中方对已接种中国生产的新冠肺炎疫苗，并持疫苗接种证明材料的外籍人员提供来华签证便利。需要进行核酸检测，并隔离14日。
美国| America

1. International students currently holding a valid F-1/M-1 visa may fly directly into the U.S. with a valid visa within 30 days prior to the start of the school year if the school is scheduled to begin after August 1, 2021, without the 14-day quarantine of a third country.
1.目前持有效F-1/M-1签证的留学生，如就读院校定于2021年8月1日之后开学，可在开学前30日内持有效签证直飞入境美国，无需第三国隔离14天赴美。
It is important to note that you must be in possession of a valid visa no earlier than 30 days before the start of the course.

2. Upon entry into the United States, a 72-hour nucleic acid certificate is required prior to registration. Those who have been vaccinated upon arrival do not need to be quarantined; those who have not been vaccinated will be required to be quarantined for 14 days (each region varies slightly, depending on local policy).

1.As of 11:59 p.m. on July 5, 2021, travellers allowed into Canada who are fully vaccinated and who test negative for COVID-19 on arrival in Canada will be exempt from the quarantine and the requirement to be tested for COVID-19 on day 8.

On the afternoon of 12 July local time, the UK government announced that it will move to step 4 of the lockdown as originally planned, starting on 19 July. Most of the restrictions on the outbreak will be lifted, but people with symptoms of Newcastle pneumonia will still be required to take a nucleic acid test and those who test positive or are notified by the NHS will still be required to self-quarantine.

From 19 July, people who have received two doses of the vaccine will be exempt from quarantine when entering the UK from a Yellow List country or territory. Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are currently on the UK Yellow List. Vaccination with an officially approved vaccine in the UK currently consists of (a full course of 2 doses of Moderna, AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines, or 1 dose of Janssen single dose vaccine) and is over 14 days. Exemption from quarantine and Day 8 testing will be granted upon entry into the UK. Chinese students in the UK may be exempt from quarantine on entry if they have received the above vaccines in the UK.

The Australian Government plans to introduce a new immigration policy requiring passengers boarding flights back to Australia to undergo a second nucleic acid test within 8 hours before boarding, with the aim of reducing the number of confirmed cases. And a 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Australia. NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet said he hoped international students would be able to return to NSW in August this year.
澳政府计划推出全新的入境政策，要求登机返澳的旅客在登机前的8小时里，必须接受第二次核酸检测，目的就是为了降低确诊人数。并在抵达澳大利亚后，隔离14天。新州财政厅长DominicPerrottet表示，希望留学生能在今年8月份返回新州。
新加坡 | Singapore
PCR test reports are required for entry into the country
入境都须提供PCR检测报告
To prevent the spread of the epidemic, from June 1, all citizens and permanent residents entering Singapore will be required to provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test, failing which they will be banned from entering the country and in serious cases, their permits or passes may be cancelled.
为防止疫情的蔓延，从6月1日起，所有入境新加坡的公民、永久居民都必须提供阴性核酸检测证明，否则将会被禁止入境，情形严重者，将有可能会被取消许可证或者通行证。
However, low-risk countries or regions are not subject to this guideline and will not require a negative PCR test result for travel as long as they have remained in the low-risk country or region for 21 days prior to travel. So far, the low-risk countries or regions that are not subject to this guideline are Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR.
但低风险国家或地区不受此项准则约束，只要出行前21天一直留在低风险国家或地区，出行将无需PCR检测结果阴性报告。到目前为止，不受约束低风险国家或地区有澳洲、新西兰、文莱、中国大陆、香港特区、澳门特区。

Strict entry measures are still in place in Japan, with the provision of a nucleic acid test report within 72 hours prior to entry, the downloading of multiple mobile phone apps to report daily information such as location and quarantine for 14 days after entry.
目前日本依然实施严格的入境措施，入境前提供72小时内核酸检测报告，入境后需下载多个手机APP每日报告位置等信息，并隔离14天。
韩国| Korea
Conditional entry for out-of-country vaccinees without quarantine
境外疫苗注射者可有条件入境免隔离
On June 13, the South Korean government announced a new policy on quarantine measures for the entry of people who have received vaccinations from abroad. The policy stipulates that from July 1, conditional quarantine exemptions will be implemented for people entering the country. Specifically, those who have completed the required number of doses of vaccination in the same country outside of Korea and after 14 days can apply for exemption from the entry quarantine upon arrival in Korea. Korean citizens who have completed the vaccination outside of Korea will also be exempted from entry quarantine when visiting their immediate family members in Korea.
当地时间6月13日，韩国政府宣布针对境外疫苗注射者入境隔离措施的新政策。政策规定，从7月1日起将针对入境人员实行有条件的入境免隔离措施。具体内容包括，在境外同一国家完成疫苗接种所需剂次的注射并经过14天后，可在赴韩时申请免除入境隔离。在境外完成疫苗注射的韩国公民在访问韩国直系亲属时也可以免除入境隔离。
In addition, the COVID-19 vaccine administered outside China must be a WHO approved vaccine for emergency use. (Vaccine recipients from China who have received the two WHO-approved vaccines, Guoyao and Kexing, may conditionally enter the country without quarantine.) In addition, Korea will restrict the travel of those who do not have a negative certificate of COVID-19 in the country.
此外，在境外接种的新冠疫苗须为世界卫生组织批准紧急使用的疫苗。（国药和科兴这两款世卫组织认证的中国疫苗接种者，可有条件入境免隔离。）此外，韩国对于境内未持有新冠阴性证明者，将限制其出镜。
马耳他| Malta
Certified vaccination certificate required upon entry

From Wednesday 14 July 2021, Malta will only allow entry of travellers with an EU recognised vaccination certificate. This policy applies to all arrivals over the age of 12. The previous policy of entering the country with a negative PCR test result is no longer in force.
从2021年7月14日（星期三）起，马耳他仅允许持欧盟认可的疫苗证书旅客入境。该政策适用于所有12岁以上的入境人员。原有的持阴性PCR检测结果入境的政策不再执行。
There are currently four vaccines recognised in the EU and Malta: Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. However, Malta does not recognise the AstraZeneca vaccine, which is made in India. So if you want to go for a Maltese approved vaccine, it is advisable to avoid AstraZeneca. For the time being the EU does not recognise vaccines from China.
目前欧盟和马耳他认可的疫苗有四种：辉瑞、摩德纳、阿斯利康、强生。但是马耳他不认可印度制造的阿斯利康疫苗。所以如果想要去接种马耳他认可的疫苗，建议避开阿斯利康。目前欧盟暂时不认可中国的疫苗。
土耳其| Turkey

You can currently enter on a tourist visa without quarantine.

Passengers from countries other than Egypt, Iran, Singapore and the UK will need to have a PCR test report within 72 hours prior to departure, while passengers from other countries can be tested upon arrival.
来自埃及、伊朗、新加坡、英国以外的旅客需要有出发前72小时内PCR检测报告，来自其他国家的旅客可以抵达后再进行检测。
The Turkish government has not yet specified which vaccines are approved, but the country has approved three vaccines: Pfizer, China's Kexing and Russia's SputnikV vaccine for use by its citizens.

希腊| Greece
China officially added to the Greek entry exemption list!

All passengers arriving in Greece on international flights are obliged to be randomly tested for COVID-19 and to remain in a designated place at the airport until the test results are known. In the event of a positive test result, the passenger will be subject to home or intensive quarantine for a period of 14 days.
所有搭乘国际航班飞抵希腊的旅客都有义务接受随机新冠抽测，并留在机场的指定地点直至检测结果出来。若检测结果为阳性，则旅客将接受为期14天的家庭或集中隔离。
A passenger locator form needs to be completed the day before entry and proof of complete vaccination/nuclear acid negative certificate within 72 hours/COVID-19 recovery certificate within 2-9 months is required to enter Greece without quarantine. The Greek Expert Committee on COVID-19 has stated that it has decided to approve proof of vaccination for some other COVID-19 as valid proof of entry into Greece, in addition to Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. These include the China Kexing vaccine, the China Guopharma vaccine and the China Kangxinuo Bio vaccine. According to the information, visitors who have received these vaccines will not need to show proof of nucleic acid testing when travelling to Greece and will be able to enter the country directly with the relevant vaccination certificates.

葡萄牙|Portugal
To enter or transfer to Portugal, a visa and a nucleic acid test report are required before boarding.

A negative PCR test within 72 hours is required for travel to Portugal, a passenger locator card must be completed prior to boarding, and no quarantine is required for passengers from China upon arrival.

Currently only fully vaccinated travellers are allowed to enter St. Kitts and Nevis. All travellers are required to submit a negative nucleic acid report 72 hours prior to travel and an entry registration form 24 hours prior.

Quarantine is required for 7-14 days after entry, with the option for travellers to undergo a nucleic acid test on day 7, with a negative result allowing limited short distance travel, or a nucleic acid test on day 9, with a negative result allowing free travel. If the entourage includes unvaccinated minors, all will need to be quarantined up to 14 days.

Travel to Saint Lucia now requires proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 5 days prior to travel and submission of a travel registration form, and for vaccinations the traveller must have received the vaccine at least 14 days prior to travel, and the second dose at least 14 days prior to travel if the vaccine is two doses. Entry will be free of quarantine, otherwise 14 days quarantine will be required.
现在前往圣卢西亚须提供行前5日内核酸阴性证明及提交旅行登记表，对于接种要求是旅客至少要在14天前打完疫苗，如果疫苗是两针的话需要在至少14天前打完第二针。将可免隔离入境，否则要隔离14天。
In addition, unvaccinated minors over 5 years of age are required to undergo a nucleic acid test upon entry at the guardian's expense. Nucleic acid results will be available within 24-48 hours and if negative, the child will have the same rights as the fully vaccinated parent. If the parents are fully vaccinated, their unvaccinated children aged four years or younger will have the same rights as their parents upon entry.

西班牙|Spain
Extending the time limit for negative pre-entry testing for COVID-19 to 72 hour

According to the Spanish press on 13 July, the Spanish Ministry of Health has amended the decree on the presentation of a negative test for the COVID-19 for travellers entering the country. The new decree allows travellers entering Spain to present a negative nucleic acid test for the COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to entry or a negative antibody test within 48 hours prior to entry.
根据西班牙媒体当地时间7月13日的消息，西班牙卫生部修改了入境该国旅客出示新冠病毒检测阴性证明的相关法令，新法令规定入境西班牙的旅客可出示入境前72小时内的新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明或入境前48小时内的抗体检测阴性证明。
黑山|Montenegro
Mandatory testing or test results are required for entry into Montenegro, but no quarantine is required

Proof of a negative nucleic acid report within 72 hours / positive report of antibodies to COVID-19 within 30 days prior to entry / proof of a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine given more than 14 days prior to entry, one of the three options will be provided for quarantine free entry. The Government of Montenegro has not yet specified which vaccines are recognised.

Since May 21, passengers with proof of vaccination against the state drug have been allowed to enter Cyprus without testing and quarantine.
自5月21日起，持有国药疫苗接种证明的乘客可以免测试、免隔离进入塞浦路斯。
Entry into Cyprus is free of testing and quarantine if a valid vaccination certificate is issued by an EU member state, an EEA member state, as well as Israel, Russia, UAE (Dubai), Serbia, Bahrain, etc., regardless of the passenger's nationality and place of origin.
如果持有欧盟成员国、欧洲经济区成员国、以及以色列、俄罗斯、阿联酋（迪拜）、塞尔维亚、巴林等国颁发的有效疫苗接种证明，无论乘客国籍和始发地，均可免测试、免隔离进入塞浦路斯。
Although the epidemic has turned the corner again in some countries, it won't be long before interoperability between countries will be fully restored as vaccination efforts steadily progress and countries gradually ease entry restrictions!
虽然部分国家疫情又出现了拐点，但是随着疫苗接种工作的稳步推进，各国逐渐放松入境限制，用不了多久，各国互通将全面恢复！
