市防控办发布通知：根据疫情防控有关要求，本市进一步加强对国内疫情中高风险地区来沪返沪人员健康管理，具体措施如下:
All persons coming to Shanghai from or via areas at medium to high risk of an epidemic in China should report to their neighbourhood committee and unit (or hotel) as soon as possible and no later than 12 hours after their arrival in Shanghai.
所有来自或途经国内疫情中高风险地区的来沪返沪人员，应在抵沪后尽快且不得超过12小时向所在居村委和单位（或所住宾馆）报告。
All persons coming to Shanghai from or via high-risk areas in China will be placed under intensive quarantine for 14 days and will be tested twice for nucleic acid of the COVID-19.
对所有来自或途经国内疫情高风险地区的来沪返沪人员，一律实施14天集中隔离健康观察，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测。
All people coming to Shanghai from or via areas at medium risk of the outbreak in China will be subject to 14 days of strict community health management and will be tested twice for nucleic acid of the COVID-19.
对所有来自或途经国内疫情中风险地区的来沪返沪人员，一律实施14天严格的社区健康管理，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测。
Schools and other relevant units will strengthen health code checks and assist in implementing appropriate health management measures for students and employees coming to Shanghai from areas at high risk of domestic outbreaks within the last 14 days.
学校等有关单位加强健康码查验，对近14天内国内疫情中高风险地区来沪返沪的学生、职工等协助落实相应健康管理措施。
